MEET THE REDDISHES

A lifelong learner and born educator, Dr. Zanthia Reddish is an author, former school principal, AAU administrator, speaker, adjunct professor, athlete advisor, life/parent coach, wife and proud basketball mom.

With over 20 years experience working with youth and Cam and Aaron's first basketball coach, Bob, formerly coached for Team Final AAU team and was a program manager and proud basketball dad.
Cameron was the #10 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. Cam is a former one-and-done freshman at Duke University and McDonald's All-American and USA Basketball team player.
Aaron is in his sophomore year of college at SUNY at Albany. He is a D1 scholarship basketball player on the men's basketball team at UAlbany.

We are educators and parent coaches looking to share information and strategies to support other parents on their journey of raising student athletes. As the parents of NBA player Cam Reddish, the No. 10 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft and D1 College basketball player, Aaron, the Reddish family has had an amazing basketball life, and the journey continues! They have gained unique insight and experience as they navigated basketball from grassroots through college to the NBA. Cam was a top-10 prospect since he was in middle school, so along the journey, the Reddishes have connected with many people, families and organizations, and they want to share what they have gleaned from those experiences, as well as their professional experience as educators, to help other families navigate their basketball life.

Dr. Zanthia's twin sister, Dr. Orathia Bradley, oversees the education division of Impoweredd Educational Consulting. As a former school principal and minister. She is currently the owner of Comforcare Home Care Service and is also a life coach and mother of D1 college volleyball player. She uses her expertise and knowledge to help families successfully navigate school systems, specializing in IEPs, discipline, etc.
